Select the applications for which you are requesting the access.

Fill out the registration details.

You will be presented with a list of applicable policies.

You must go through and acknowledge each policy by clicking "I Acknowledge" button at the bottom of each policy.

After you submit your registration request form, you will receive an email with a confirmation code.

Follow the instructions provided in the email to confirm your submission.
